Job Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years focused on databases.
- Fluency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, others), no-sql (MongoDB, Linux foundation DocDB etc), vector databases and AI initiatives in databases.
- Strong technical understanding and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Experience owning full product lifecycles—from strategy and ideation to launch and iteration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-functional influence.
- Bonus points for experience in developer-first SaaS companies or contributing to open-source platforms.
