Job Description

• Responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships within your assigned territory • Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with territory goals • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth • Create and manage sales plans, forecasts, and budgets • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales reporting • Lead the full sales process: quoting, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders • Conduct regular business reviews and provide post-sale support • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to drive customer satisfaction • Report on performance metrics and contribute insights to senior leadership

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial markets
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and consultative sales techniques
  • Ability to analyze data and market insights to inform strategy
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
