Job Description
• Collaborate with internal teams for exceptional service to insurance brokers and national customers
• Develop a unified go-to-market strategy with sales leaders and reps across teams
• Expand broker relationships with key targeted firms
• Track and report activities and metrics to management
Job Requirements
- Higher level of education
- 5+ years of sales/distribution experience through brokers and consultants
- Experience in SaaS and/or solutions-based roles within the healthcare sector
- High organization skills and proficiency in both verbal and non-verbal communication
- Proven track record of relationship building and sales success
- Experience in territory-based distribution roles
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed
