This highly visible role will focus on talent strategy, workforce planning and employee relations, and guiding change execution within a dynamic engineering culture. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior executives to align workforce planning with business priorities Lead organizational design and change initiatives to optimize structure and capabilities Guide annual talent processes including performance management, compensation, and succession planning Provide coaching to leaders on performance, team dynamics, and leadership effectiveness Use data insights to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions Manage complex employee relations matters and advise leaders on sensitive scenarios Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
