Role Description

This role involves supporting the North America Sales Vice President and the sales teams with operational tasks, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the North America Sales Vice President in forecasting and reporting.
  • Analyze sales data to create actionable insights.
  • Manage and maintain CRM data accuracy.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies alongside the sales team.
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance.
  • Drive forecasting and quota setting processes.
  • Streamline sales operations through process improvements.
  • Provide training to sales team members.
  • Track and report key sales metrics.
  • Onboard new hires with necessary training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of sales profitability.
  • Experience with Salesforce / Zoho and Tableau.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and create forecasts.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with channel distribution strategies.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Successful clearance of a background check and drug test.
