Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Disbursement Platform, Lockbox, and Reconciliation solutions. This role is central to delivering innovative, compliant, and efficient financial technology solutions that help healthcare providers and patients manage payments and receivables with accuracy and transparency.

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Disbursement Platform, Lockbox, and Reconciliation solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market research, requirements definition, feature prioritization, design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and client-facing teams to deliver high-quality, timely product releases.
  • Collaborate with healthcare provider clients, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Ensure products comply with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NACHA, and other applicable security and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop business cases, product requirements documents (PRDs), and user stories to support development and release planning.
  • Monitor product performance through data analytics, client feedback, and market trends, continuously enhancing usability and functionality.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on healthcare payment workflows, disbursement processing, lockbox operations, and reconciliation practices.
  • Support go-to-market efforts, including product positioning, training, and client communications.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and thought leadership forums as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of product management experience in payments, treasury management, lockbox solutions, or healthcare revenue cycle technology.
  • Strong knowledge of payment networks, disbursement processes, reconciliation workflows, and lockbox operations.
  • Experience with financial and healthcare IT integrations, APIs, and secure data exchange.
  • Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management, provider workflows, and patient payment processes is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision and tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging KPIs and financial metrics to drive product decisions.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.

  • Occasionally required to stand and walk.
