This role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across multiple categories to support rapid organizational growth.
- Collaborate closely with business units and external vendors to optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and implement scalable procurement processes.
- Leverage data analytics and market insights to develop effective sourcing strategies while managing contractual negotiations and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure procurement activities align with organizational objectives.

- Build strong partnerships across business units to identify, prioritize, and execute sourcing opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional sourcing efforts and implement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide data-driven insights, market intelligence, and recommendations to optimize procurement outcomes.
- Advise teams on best practices for sourcing, cost management, and vendor selection.
- Drive improvements to procurement processes for scalability and operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring optimal costs, service levels, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee contract negotiations and review agreements to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
- Develop and manage RFx processes, including analysis, vendor selection, and build vs. buy decisions.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GMP, GFSI, SOC II).
- Continuously monitor procurement performance and identify opportunities for savings and value creation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing across multiple categories, ideally in fast-moving or high-growth environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ to influence stakeholders across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated track record of cost savings, procurement innovation, and process improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills; ability to handle multiple complex initiatives.
- Strong negotiation and contract management expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with P2P platforms (e.g., ZipHQ) preferred.
- Excellent English communication, both written and oral.
- Ability to operate during U.S. core business hours with deep knowledge of U.S. market dynamics and supplier landscape.
