This position is for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst - REMOTE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical solutions.
- Gather requirements and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow applications.
- Deliver impactful, high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals.

Accountabilities
- Engage business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to capture workflows.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects to translate requirements into configurations and workflows.
- Validate design proposals to ensure they align with best practices.
- Support data model, integration, and UI/UX design discussions.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT cycles.
- Define and execute test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing.
- Configure solutions within the ServiceNow SPM suite, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
- Deep understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management concepts.
- Proven experience implementing ServiceNow SPM for enterprise clients.
- Experience with SPM and additional ServiceNow modules.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and process design in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding integration points with other enterprise systems.
