- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives
- Ensure materials and campaigns align with the company’s mission

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in electrophysiology (marketing, clinical, commercial, or hybrid roles)
- Strong understanding of EP procedures, ablation technologies, and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling marketing content
- Experience developing sales tools and commercial materials for complex medical technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with physicians and clinical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience supporting product launches in EP or cardiology preferred
- Experience developing conference materials and managing event execution
- Familiarity with compliance requirements related to healthcare marketing and HCP interactions desirable
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25–35%
