Job Description

• Own sourcing strategies for battery cells, modules, packs, racks, and inverters • Lead supplier selection, RFQs, negotiations, and contract execution • Drive cost reduction through competitive sourcing and TCO analysis • Qualify and manage suppliers across performance, quality, cost, and delivery • Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, IEEE, NEC, and battery shipping requirements • Collaborate on demand forecasting, inventory strategy, and safety stock planning • Oversee inbound logistics for domestic and international shipments • Partner with Engineering on specifications and new technology qualification

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
5–10 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement
Experience sourcing industrial, electrical, energy, or power-electronics components
Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics tools
Experience with battery systems, inverters, or energy storage strongly preferred
