Role Description
This is a full time, remote and permanent role as per the US Central timezone. The Chief of Staff / Human Resources Director serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership while overseeing all human resources functions. This role ensures operational excellence, organizational alignment, talent development, and compliance with employment regulations. The position combines executive-level coordination with full-spectrum HR leadership.

Executive & Strategic Leadership (Chief of Staff Function)
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO/Executive Team.
- Oversee execution of company goals and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and ensure alignment.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and board presentations.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics.
- Improve internal processes and organizational efficiency.

Human Resources Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Design compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
- Lead performance management and employee evaluation systems.
- Develop training and leadership development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Build a strong organizational culture and engagement initiatives.

Policy & Compliance
- Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor regulations.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.

- Drive change management initiatives.
- Improve employee engagement and retention.
- Analyze workforce data to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Experience working directly with C-level executives.
- Proven experience managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong background in strategic planning and operations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Strategic thinking and analytical ability.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and performance management tools.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in scaling organizations.
- Strong emotional intelligence.
- Ability to build high-performance teams.
- Experience in remote or international workforce management (if applicable).
