In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence within the medical imaging installations sector across the Western Zone. You will lead a dynamic team, focusing on the day-to-day business operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. - Own resolution of logistical and operational issues including missing/damaged parts and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with vendor management and PMO to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide input and oversight of revenue forecasts and manage regional forecast reviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecast information in appropriate tools.
- Manage activities to mitigate project schedule risks and support revenue goals.
- Train and mentor field Project Managers and oversee on-the-job training.
- Develop and optimize local processes to improve business area interfaces.
- Support activities to accelerate the book to bill revenue cycle.
- Provide leadership and risk intervention support to prevent schedule slippage.
- Monitor project performance through weekly reports and ensure site readiness.
- Provide direct support and leadership during critical situations.
- Serve as proxy for the Zone Vice President with oversight of all zone employees.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of successful experience in a related field.
- Experience in medical imaging installation project management.
- Preferred experience with Siemens Project Management.
- BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree.
- High degree of business acumen and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of industry fundamentals and operations.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Conflict resolution and presentation skills.
- Experience working with C-level customers preferred.
- Ability to create and present training material.
