- Experience on/leading B2B SaaS marketing teams from startup to scaleup.
- Managed people and genuinely enjoys coaching, developing, and leading a team.
- A true player/coach mentality — comfortable codeswitching strategy and execution.
- Comfort with a fast-paced, imperfect, get-shit-done environment.
- Natural ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and often, even if it’s a disagreement.
- The perspective that marketing must be measurable; think more ‘genuine ownership over pipeline and growth’ and less ‘our brand will save us’.
- A big, positive, enthusiastic presence — someone people love being on calls with.
