Role Description

As a Tech-savvy Paralegal within the Customer Success team, this role is pivotal in ensuring customers attain their desired outcomes using our product or service. This responsibility is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. You will act as an essential bridge between our company and its customers, championing customer success and satisfaction. Additionally, the duties shall include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and offering support on legal matters, contributing significantly to our overall service quality.

  • Legal Drafting/Review: Manage the process of drafting legal language to fit customer requirements and prepare documents for manager review before sharing with clients.
  • Customer Service: Handle requests from users and leads regarding services and Codekeeper account management, ensuring quick and correct responses.
  • Tech Setup Support: Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and ensure proper administration on our side.
  • Sales Support: Work with leads who have questions about our service, guiding them via email and website chat.
  • Report Drafting: Draft reports based on customer information and send them back to the customers.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
  • Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries.
