Role Description

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end operational management of our overseas BPO calling program, ensuring efficiency in insurance eligibility workflows. Your leadership will be critical as you manage hiring, onboarding, training, and vendor relationships, while maintaining high standards of quality assurance.

  • Build and manage the overseas BPO program, including system setup and training materials.
  • Manage and refine processes for efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead daily operational management and coordination of teams.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks for agents and refine QA processes.
  • Oversee vendor performance, staffing, compliance, and financial controls.
  • Monitor production counts and proactively address service level risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing offshore teams in a high-volume operational environment.
  • Strong operational leadership skills in hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Experience with BPO/EOR vendor relationships and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with daily production oversight and metrics.
  • Ability to diagnose workflow constraints and enhance efficiencies.
  • Experience in quality assurance and structured feedback processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to utilize operational metrics and reports.
