- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and EdTech trends to recommend appropriate applications.
- Bridge the gap with technology teams to create seamless, user-centered learning experiences.
- Mentor and guide peers in modern instructional design practices.

- Monitor and report on the performance of content usage to inform design enhancements.
Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. or higher in instructional design, educational technology, or related area that includes adult learning theory.
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design and creating diverse learning products.
- Proficient with e-learning authoring tools and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience applying instructional design theories to create engaging learning solutions.
- Effective collaboration with subject matter experts and technology teams.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving, design, and critical thinking skills.
