You will focus on building shared frontend packages, scalable architecture, real-time UX infrastructure, and developer tooling that accelerates engineering velocity and improves reliability. - Design, develop, and maintain shared frontend packages and frameworks used across multiple web applications
- Define and evolve frontend architecture, scaffolding, and developer experience for new and existing products
- Build and maintain real-time server-to-client infrastructure to support responsive and dynamic user experiences
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers across teams, establishing best practices and engineering standards
- Contribute to major initiatives, including large-scale migrations, package performance optimization, and platform capability enhancements
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable frontend platform solutions
- Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, testing, incident response, and continuous improvement of frontend infrastructure
Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS or technology companies, with strong focus on frontend architecture
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and Webpack (or comparable build tooling), including dependency management and performance optimization
- Experience designing, maintaining, and evolving shared frontend platforms and libraries across multiple teams
- Proven ability to manage package ecosystems, including versioning, migrations, and cross-application compatibility
- Experience building processes that keep frontend dependencies aligned, stable, and modern
- Strong debugging skills across build systems, runtime behavior, packages, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience supporting large-scale migrations, architectural changes, and state management transitions
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release workflows, and automation for frontend applications
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
