The Data Program Manager is responsible for ensuring all project deliveries are complete and accepted by the customer, managing scope, schedules, and budgets while proactively identifying and managing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Key duties also involve guiding critical projects, collaborating with testing teams, allocating work, mentoring team members, and providing thought leadership within the field.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via inbound calls or email, responding professionally to inquiries regarding accounts and billing while ensuring compliance with established policies. Responsibilities include researching issues, providing application support, escalating unresolved matters, and accurately documenting all customer interactions.
