Role Description
This role provides a high-impact opportunity to shape competitive strategy and revenue-driving initiatives in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment. The Principal Product Marketing Manager will own the lifecycle of competitive GTM plays, manage competitive intelligence systems, and translate market dynamics into actionable insights for product and sales teams. You will partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure intelligence flows efficiently into decision-making, AI-assisted workflows, and live deal execution. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring expertise in competitive analysis, GTM play design, and AI-enabled systems. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of competitive GTM plays, including design, execution, measurement, iteration, and sunsetting

- Collaborate with Sales leadership and frontline teams to embed competitive plays into active deals and pipeline execution
- Define, track, and refine success metrics for competitive plays, including win-rate lift, deal velocity, ACV impact, and competitive displacement
- Manage competitive intelligence systems and data, ensuring accuracy, structure, and integration with AI agents and internal workflows
- Partner with Product Management to ensure competitive intelligence informs roadmap, packaging, pricing, and investment decisions
- Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows to process competitive signals at scale and improve the quality and usability of intelligence
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in Product Marketing, Competitive Strategy, Sales Strategy, RevOps, or frontline GTM roles within B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience influencing competitive deals, shaping positioning in live sales cycles, or leading competitive GTM initiatives
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools, such as Claude, including prompt design, workflow creation, and system iteration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize competitive data into actionable insights and executive narratives
- Proven ability to translate competitive intelligence into scalable systems, repeatable GTM plays, and measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with executive-level presence
- Comfort operating in high-autonomy environments and collaborating cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
Benefits
- Competitive base salary range: $138,670 — $217,910 USD, with potential bonus, commission, and equity
- Comprehensive health, wellness, and lifestyle programs
- Flexible work environment, including remote options
- Professional development and career growth opportunities
- Inclusive and collaborative culture that values diversity and innovation
