Role Description
As a Plumbing Salesperson, you will act as an in-home consultant—advising homeowners, designing tailored solutions, and selling plumbing repair options. This role offers the potential to earn $75K–$150K+ with warm leads provided.
- Consult on water quality leads and sales appointments.
- Help grow our ever-expanding water quality sales team.
- Diagnose issues of customers' homes to include repiping, water heaters, sewer replacements, galvanized lines, rerouting, and more.
- Drive new sales while maintaining the company’s standards for integrity and customer care.
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that generate high, referral-based sales.
- Confidently present product solutions using product knowledge and sales expertise.
- Educate potential customers on the value of our services, including special promotions, financing options, etc.
- Accurately document services performed and recommendations using required forms and reports.
- Attend scheduled appointments with customers and provide professional, solutions-based guidance.
- Represent the company in a manner that aligns with our core values and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of sales experience (plumbing and/or water treatment highly desired).
- 3-5+ years in the plumbing industry to include knowledge of plumbing codes.
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing license is a bonus but not required.
- Exceptional listening skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with effective presentation skills.
- High integrity and the capability to promote a positive company image.
- Results-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Willingness to work in tight spaces and at heights, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs, in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet).
