Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in onboarding and talent development.
- 5+ years managing high-performing Learning and Development teams.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Education or Organizational Design.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for 1000+ employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
