Role Description
DAS Health is seeking a motivated Field Services Technician I to support our Managed Services team in the Northeast Florida (Jacksonville and surrounding areas) region. This is a hybrid role combining remote support with onsite technical services at client facilities within the assigned region.
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to clients regarding service requests.
- Resolve support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage assigned tickets through completion; escalate issues as appropriate.
- Provide onsite technical support at multiple client facilities within the assigned region.
- Travel to client locations for incidents, projects, installations, and assessments.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset records in IT Glue.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field services or IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Fundamental networking knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, macOS and basic Linux environments, and Microsoft 365 and Office products.
- Basic familiarity with Windows Server, Azure, AWS, and WVD.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region and work flexible hours as needed.
Requirements
- CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications
- Prior experience in an MSP environment
- Healthcare IT experience
