Position Summary
The Senior Coordinator provides critical support for strategic engagement initiatives within the Academic and Professional Pharmacy Partnerships team. This role is responsible for planning and executing high-profile events, managing operational processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a related operational or coordination role with event planning and project support experience.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with corporate event planning, academic partnerships, or professional association engagement.
- Advanced technical skills (e.g., Excel, Airtable, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with expense reporting systems and travel coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify patterns, errors, and opportunities for improvement within reporting (e.g., auditing).
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $38.82This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
