Role Description
AO is actively seeking mission-driven professionals to join our team as Benefits Advisors.
- Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and families to assess financial protection needs
- Educate clients on available life and health insurance options
- Build long-term, trust-based client relationships
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records using digital tools and CRM platforms
- Stay informed on product updates, industry regulations, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Veteran, prior service member, or military spouse experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A disciplined, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team mission
- Adaptability, resilience, and accountability
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship are provided.
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License.
