Role Description

AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Client Support Specialists to join our fully remote, mission-driven team. This opportunity is ideal for recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, communications—or for individuals who thrive in a people-centered, service-first environment.

With comprehensive training, inbound client interest, and a structured mentorship program, you’ll have the support needed to build a meaningful, long-term career from anywhere in the United States.

  • Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
  • Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication
  • Deliver high-quality, client-focused service
  • Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools
  • Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization
  • Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
