• Act as a primary point of contact with servicers and external counsel. • Work in partnership with servicers to develop tools and processes that achieve desired outcomes. • Lead monthly servicer portfolio review meetings and ensure effective communication. • Develop and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to guide decision-making. • Ensure timely and compliant servicer actions; proactively address delays and inefficiencies. • Review and redesign processes internally and with the servicer to address root causes and improve consistency • Identify risks in legal or servicing processes and implement long-term solutions • Build scalable frameworks for repeatable, efficient asset management execution.
