This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support our operations within the Information Technology industry, ensuring our executive team operates efficiently and effectively.
As the Executive Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in streamlining processes, managing schedules, and coordinating communication across departments. You will work closely with executives to facilitate decision-making and enhance operational workflows, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding IT solutions to our clients.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45 - $55 per hour, along with a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional development.
- Coordinate executive schedules and manage appointments
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas and materials
- Facilitate communication between executives and staff
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries
