Job Description
• Own the Order-to-Cash (O2C) Cycle: Manage the full O2C process
• Collections Leadership: Supervise and mentor the AR Specialist
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the finance liaison
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary financial contact
• Revenue Close & Reporting: Execute key components of the month-end revenue close
• Compliance & Technical Review: Ensure strict compliance with sales tax regulations
• Ad Hoc Projects: Support financial audits and contribute to internal/external reporting
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant industry experience and/or public accounting
- bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA and experience at Big 4, preferred
- experience working with NetSuite and moderate Excel skills, preferred
