• Available for client calls • Bank & Credit Card Transactions • Manual Uploading to QBO/Xero • Document Attachment • Reconciliations (Bank, Credit, Loan) • Payroll Entries • Draft Management Reports • AR & AP Aging • Reconciliation 1099 Filing (based on assessment) • Initial Review of Client Books • W9 Requests • AP Processing • Due to/From Accounts • Inventory Management • Custom Reporting • Sales Tax Computation • Accrual Basis Sales • Complex Payroll JEs • 1099 Assessments • Final Review of Client's Books • AR Accruals & Rev Rec Schedules • Best Practice Development • Balance Sheet Schedule Creation & Review • Transaction List Reviews • Email and Video Conferencing Communication • Complex Journal Entries • Fixed Asset & Amortization Schedules • AR Accruals & Rev Rec Schedules (create, update, review) • Process Documentation for Complex Procedures

Job Requirements

3+ years of accounting experience and/or plus 1+ year of auditing experience
Willing to work the night shift
Good knowledge of Google Productivity Applications or MS Office
QBO and Xero knowledge/experience
Strong team player skills with close attention to detail
Good analytical, numerical, and presentational skills
BS in Accountancy
