Job Description

• Audit and resolve retirement pension account data to ensure accurate pension benefits are paid • Review and analyze retirement accounts to ensure data coincides with governing standards • Coordinate reconciliation of account data by gathering missing account information via email from member employers • Ensure received information fills gaps in data on each account • Gradually work on 15 to 20 accounts after the initial training period

Job Requirements

One year of experience researching or reconciling accounts AND explaining rules, programs or procedures
One year of calculating payment amounts AND explaining rules, programs, or procedures
12 quarter (8 semester) college level credit hours in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Ability to read and follow procedures completely and accurately
Ability to engage with co-workers and to collaboratively resolve problems
Ability to interpret policy and how it applies to the account data being reviewed
Ability to professionally communicate via email and Microsoft Teams on a daily basis
Ability to independently organize and track the progress of 15 to 20 work items
Ability to support a positive and professional working environment
