Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a similar role.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based billing environments
- NetSuite experience preferred.
- Able to identify manual or repetitive workflows and design automation solutions
- Knowledge of AI-driven tool for streamlining process
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain strong internal controls over billing and cash application
- Ensure documentation of automation workflows for audit traceability
- Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for client demands.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under minimal supervisions.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, especially relating to communicating technical and complex information in verbal and written form, are required.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team.
