Role Description
The Bid & Contract Proposal Analyst is a specialized, dual-focus role responsible for the full lifecycle of the proposal process. This position is uniquely split 50/50 between pre-award bid development and post-award contract review and management.
- Analyze bid opportunities while ensuring that awarded contracts remain compliant with legal and financial requirements.
- Requires a professional who can "hit the ground running" with a strong background in contract orientation and procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Law; or 2+ years of direct experience in a contract-oriented bid role.
- Proven experience in post-award contract review and a "tight skillset" in identifying legal/financial risks within a contract framework.
- Strong understanding of public or private procurement processes.
- Excellent written skills for creating executive summaries and compliance matrices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or Bid Management software (e.g., Salesforce, RFPIO).
