Job Description
Role Description
This is a unique "founding" role for an experienced ediscovery and client enablement education professional. We are looking for a high-level strategist who isn't afraid to be the primary "doer." Initially, you will operate as a high-impact Individual Contributor. You will be the lead architect and content creator—designing the curriculum, and writing the documentation that will define our education standards. As We Grow, your success in building this foundation will lead to the evolution of the role.
Your initial focus is internal: empowering our Client Services team (CSMs and Project Managers) to deliver flawless results. By ensuring our team has mastered the most efficient, defensible workflows, you directly impact Client Success. Over time, you will expand this vision externally, creating learning paths that help our clients and partners become recognized experts in the Array platform.
Responsibilities
-
Phase 1: Build & Execute
- Content Creation: Personally develop a centralized, high-quality repository of training documentation, "how-to" videos, and technical guides.
- Curriculum Design: Design and launch the initial onboarding and role-based training programs for Project Managers and CSMs.
- Program Launch: Establish repeatable learning and certification study programs that ensure a consistent understanding of software and best practices.
-
Phase 2: Scale & Lead
- Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term education roadmap and align it with Array’s business goals and product strategy.
- External Enablement: Expand the program to customers and partners, developing structured learning paths that maximize the value they get from our platform.
- Team Leadership: Hire, lead, and mentor a team of education professionals as the department expands.

- A Relativity Master designation or deep eDiscovery workflow experience is highly preferred
- Exceptional writing skills and comfort in producing video-based content
- Cross-functional collaborator who can work with product and service teams to ensure training reflects real-world use cases
Requirements
- Base Compensation range for this role will be $150,000-200,000, dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications
Benefits
- People-Focused Culture
- Competitive Pay & Quarterly Incentives
- Comprehensive Benefits, 401k & Wellbeing Programs
