Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup and/or healthcare technology industry with the ability to adapt to new and evolving payroll requirements
- Experience and proficiency with ADP and other HRIS / Benefits systems
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and methodical problem-solving approach, combined with comprehensive knowledge of federal and state payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and benefits administration
- Strong communication skills with ability to respond to employee inquiries and resolve complex payroll issues.
