Job Overview
The Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant delivers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that help our healthcare clients achieve better business performance through implementation of Oracle Fusion’s seamless Financial, Human Capital, and Supply Chain Enterprise Fusion Suite.
Responsibilities
- Participate with other members of the implementation team--from the client, Impact Advisors and Oracle Fusion—to execute the day-to-day activities supporting implementation lifecycle processes, including system design, integrations, security, data integrity and project reviews
- Create and support complex Oracle Fusion payroll calculations and Oracle Fusion implementation and/or optimization activities for areas such as:
- Design options through the use of prototyping
- Regular and special payroll processes in Oracle Fusion
- Post-payroll activities like posting, bank transfer and paychecks in Oracle Fusion
- Legal and regulatory reports in Oracle Fusion
- Quarter- and year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Oracle Fusion
- Payroll interfaces in Oracle Fusion
- Core HCM functionality
- Parallel payroll testing
- Help troubleshoot issues and processes and aggressively drive toward resolutions
- Identify and support HCM projects related to business process, conversions, data retention and integration by communicating industry standards and Best Practices
- Collaborate with and maintain open communications with project leadership, Impact Advisors’ senior management and client personnel
- Drive cross-team design and development via technical leadership and mentoring
- Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities for Impact Advisors’ ERP Practice and other service lines
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); HCM/Payroll implementation experience required
- Minimum of two full life cycle implementation with Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll
- Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll; proficient in Earnings and Deductions
- Demonstrated leadership abilities for project team and client management
- Experience with and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general HCM and Payroll module functionality; experience in Absence and Time Tracking modules
- Experience with and understanding of Oracle Fusion integration processes and Best Practices
- Healthcare experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with office productivity software, such as, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirable
- Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one settings and group presentations
- Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
- Team player and ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environment
At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,767-$205,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
