Job Requirements
- 7+ years of healthcare project management experience
- 5+ years leading Epic Revenue Cycle or Revenue Integrity initiatives
- Direct experience improving:
- Charge capture
- Coding accuracy
- Denials reduction
- Clean claim rate
- Reimbursement performance
- Hands-on or leadership experience with Epic revenue cycle modules
- Proven success leading enterprise or multi-site healthcare implementations
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently in a consulting/contract environment.
- Epic experience is mandatory.

The eDiscovery Project Manager acts as the primary client contact, driving client projects by ensuring seamless collaboration across the team to deliver exceptional service. This involves managing client and project information while working with internal departments to implement optimal solutions.
