Role Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst with deep subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM). You'll be a key contributor in our supply chain organization, leading discovery workshops, analyzing business requirements, and designing robust, scalable solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle SCM Cloud. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor to our IT organization and supply chain stakeholders.
- Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to the entire supply chain, including Planning, Manufacturing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics
- Translate business requirements into functional design documents and architect Oracle SCM Cloud solutions that meet organizational needs while following best practices
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact for the supply chain organization, providing guidance on best-in-class supply chain processes and platform optimization
- Configure Oracle SCM Cloud applications across core modules including Manufacturing, SCM Planning and Demand Management, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Logistics (Shipping and Warehouse Management)
- Guide functional and technical SCM teams in the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies
- Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities to ensure successful implementation
- Provide strategic advisory on supply chain process improvements and how to maximize the value of the Oracle Cloud platform
- Manage business stakeholder relationships and present complex information clearly and concisely
- Support ongoing operations and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain technology landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle SCM applications, with at least 5 years focused on implementing, supporting, and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
- In-depth understanding of core SCM processes and modules: Manufacturing, SCM Planning and Demand Management, Inventory Management, Order Management, Logistics (Shipping and Warehouse Management), and Cost Management
- Proven ability to lead and manage business stakeholder relationships and conduct effective workshops
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address complex SCM challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
- Oracle Cloud implementation certifications in SCM Cloud domain (preferred)
- Strong Manufacturing and Service installation industry experience (preferred)
- Experience with integrations to ERP, OM, or external logistics systems
- Familiarity with supply chain analytics and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent business experience)

- Location: This role can be based out of our Utah HQ or Remote (US) with travel as necessary.
Compensation
- The beginning annual salary range for this role is $155,000.00 - $207,000.00 USD and is determined by job-related experience, education/training, and location.
