Role Description

As a Strategy & Operations Health Plan Director, you will play a key role in leading and scaling our practice within a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment. You will be a highly visible leader on a team that is passionate about improving healthcare performance and enhancing patient care.

  • Provide oversight and governance for sold and managed client engagements
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and key business levers across your client portfolio
  • Ensure consistent delivery quality
  • Manage and mentor diverse project teams
  • Oversee staffing and utilization
  • Support the development of high-performing teams within a rapidly growing division of Impact Advisors
  • Forge and expand client relationships
  • Drive new opportunities
  • Support the creation of statements of work by applying the right tools, insights, and subject matter expertise
  • Hold revenue responsibility aligned with individual, practice, and firm-wide goals
  • Contribute to the development of internal programs, methodologies, and future leaders

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare consulting, with demonstrated leadership at the Director, Principal, or equivalent level
  • Proven experience leading large, complex consulting engagements and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong background in strategy, operations, and performance improvement within healthcare organizations
  • A trusted client partner who anticipates needs and delivers tailored solutions
  • An inspirational practice leader who motivates, develops, and aligns team members to firm goals
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or similar) preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements
  • Authorized to work in the US
