Impact Advisors is seeking a Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to grow and expand our healthcare IT and management consulting services. This leader will have P&L responsibility and accountability for business development, client relationship management, solution architecture, and thought leadership across Impact Advisors’ healthcare consulting portfolio.
The ideal candidate will bring immediate client credibility, a strong network of industry relationships, and a deep understanding of healthcare IT, digital transformation, and management consulting trends across the healthcare ecosystem. The CRE must demonstrate a proven track record of high-quality delivery and the ability to build long-standing, trust-based relationships with C-suite leaders at health systems, academic medical centers, hospitals, and potentially payer organizations.
Driven by the evolving needs of the healthcare market, Impact Advisors sees a significant opportunity for continued growth across its healthcare IT and advisory services. The CRE will be responsible for expanding existing offerings, identifying new market opportunities, and helping clients navigate complex operational, technological, and strategic challenges.
This is a highly visible leadership role within the firm. As a Vice President-level contributor, the CRE will play an active role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction and governance. The successful candidate must align with Impact Advisors’ unwavering commitment to delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and positive culture. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for the following:
Sales & Business Development
Lead business development efforts generating $10–$20M annually in professional services revenue
Build, develop, and manage both existing and net-new client relationships nationwide
Partner closely with delivery and practice leadership to align client needs with firm capabilities
Practice & Service Line Growth
Grow and scale healthcare IT and management consulting services to $50M+ in annual revenue over the next 3+ years
Attract, hire, develop, and retain top consulting talent
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that supports Impact Advisors’ reputation as a premier place to work
Delivery Excellence
Provide executive oversight to ensure the quality, value, and consistency of services delivered to clients
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping guide strategic and operational decision-making
Thought Leadership & Market Presence
Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Develop differentiated intellectual property, points of view, and solution offerings
Represent Impact Advisors through industry conferences, speaking engagements, and thought leadership publications
Culture & Leadership
Act as a respected and trusted member of Impact Advisors’ senior leadership team
Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively across the firm
Champion the firm’s values, culture, and commitment to excellence
DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required
15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare IT, and/or management consulting
Demonstrated success working with health systems, academic medical centers, hospitals, and payer organizations
Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust quickly at the C-suite level
Proven collaboration, project leadership, problem-solving, and influencing skills
Passion for improving healthcare delivery through technology-enabled and strategic solutions
High integrity, strong character, and sound ethical judgment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to building and scaling services
