Job Description

ABOUT LVT

LVT is redefining how businesses operate in the physical world, moving beyond traditional security solutions to deliver AI-driven, actionable intelligence that makes sites smarter, safer, and more secure. Since pioneering our first mobile, solar-powered units, our commitment to scrappy, hands-on innovation has made us an established leader and one of the fastest-growing companies in intelligent site technology. We are building the next generation of solutions—from our physical units in the field to a powerful Agentic AI platform—that allows our customers to gain unprecedented visibility and control over safety, compliance, and operations. This is your chance to join a cutting-edge team that isn't just watching the world change, but actively building the technology that is changing it.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We're looking for a Core Financials Functional Analyst with deep hands-on experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. This role owns finance processes end to end—from gathering requirements and configuring systems to supporting period close and ensuring compliance. You'll work directly with business users and cross-functional teams to translate finance needs into effective ERP solutions. This is a functional role for someone who understands accounting concepts deeply and can bridge the gap between finance stakeholders and our technical systems.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support Core Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs and system configurations

  • Configure and support financial setups such as chart of accounts, accounting calendars, ledgers, and subledger accounting

  • Collaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions (RICE)

  • Support period close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely results

  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing production support to maintain system stability

  • Lead testing efforts, UAT coordination, and go-live support for implementations and enhancements

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including EPM, SCM, Field Services, and Subscription Management as needed

  • Create and maintain functional documentation and deliver user training to finance stakeholders

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 10+ years of experience as a Core Financials Functional Consultant/Analyst with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials

  • Strong hands-on expertise with GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets modules

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and period-end close activities

  • Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials Cloud (required)

  • Background in Finance and Accounting; CPA or MBA in Finance is a strong plus

  • Experience with Subledger Accounting (SLA) and exposure to Project Management, Subscription Management, or Revenue Management modules

  • Proven ability to work directly with finance stakeholders and explain complex system behavior clearly

  • Experience supporting full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements

  • Comfortable in lead or client-facing roles with strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Manufacturing or Service industry experience is desirable

COMPENSATION

The beginning annual salary range for this role is $155,000.00 - $207,000.00 USD and is determined by job-related experience, education/training, and location. Your total earning potential is amplified by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals, and you will become an owner from day one through our employee equity program.

BENEFITS

We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported. We invest in our crew's health, families, and financial futures with a benefits package designed to support you inside and outside the office.

LVT IS PROUD TO BE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status. All candidates must pass a drug screening and background check upon employment. Some roles may also require passing a federal background check and fingerprinting. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. If reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in the job application or interview process, and/or to perform essential job functions, please reach out to your recruiter.
