- Position data, analytics, AI, and Epic-enabled strategies to address financial performance, revenue integrity, clinician efficiency, access, quality, and patient experience.
- Deliver compelling executive-level presentations that connect analytics and AI investments to measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with delivery leadership to ensure successful execution, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth.

- Help define and evolve the firm’s Data & AI go-to-market strategy, including solution bundles, accelerators, and managed service offerings.
- Identify emerging market trends and client needs that inform new analytics, AI, and data product development.
- Act as a thought leader- contributing insights, speaking at industry events, and representing Impact Advisors in the marketplace.
- Support the scaling of delivery capabilities, operating models, and talent aligned with growth objectives.

- 8-10+ years in healthcare IT and consulting, including meaningful Epic experience and progressive leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated success building or scaling service lines, owning revenue targets, and contributing to P&L performance.
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and complex portfolios across implementations, optimizations, and managed services.
