Job Description

Network Management Specialist

Remote

Full Time

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Paid Time Off

ABOUT ENABLE DENTAL

Enable Dental is redefining dental care by bringing high-quality, comprehensive services directly to those who need it most—patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and individuals unable to visit a traditional office. By combining cutting-edge mobile healthcare technology with a compassionate, skilled team, we’re improving oral health outcomes and enhancing quality of life for thousands of patients.

As a rapidly growing, mission-driven company, we foster a high-performance culture where innovation, accountability, and teamwork drive everything we do. If you're looking for a career with purpose and growth potential, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a high-ownership, relationship-driven Network Management Specialist to recruit, onboard, and manage dental specialists as we build and scale our national specialty network. This role is critical to ensuring our patients have access to high-quality specialty care—including oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and other disciplines—within our mobile care model.

You will partner directly with the COO to design and execute our specialist network strategy: identifying target markets, recruiting top-tier providers, negotiating agreements, ensuring credentialing readiness, and driving long-term engagement and performance.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends business development, provider relations, contracting, and operational execution.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Recruit & Build the Network
    • Identify priority markets and specialty gaps based on growth strategy and patient demand
    • Proactively source, recruit, and onboard high-quality dental specialists
    • Conduct outreach campaigns, manage pipeline tracking, and drive signed agreements
  • Own Provider Relationships
    • Serve as the primary relationship manager for contracted specialists
    • Ensure alignment on expectations, scheduling, quality standards, and performance metrics
    • Address issues quickly and professionally to maintain strong engagement
  • Contracting & Negotiation
    • Lead compensation discussions and contract execution in partnership with leadership
    • Ensure agreements align with margin targets and operational realities
  • Credentialing & Readiness
    • Partner with operations and credentialing teams to ensure specialists are fully compliant and launch-ready
    • Maintain accurate provider data and documentation
  • Performance & Optimization
    • Monitor utilization, productivity, case acceptance, and patient access metrics
    • Identify opportunities to improve specialist engagement and clinical throughput
    • Support ongoing optimization of specialty workflows
  • Strategic Growth
    • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
    • Contribute to long-term specialty expansion planning
    • Support new market launches and enterprise client expansions

WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

  • Direct Impact: Your work directly expands patient access to critical specialty dental care.
  • Executive Visibility: You’ll report to the COO and play a central role in strategic growth decisions.
  • Builder Opportunity: This is not maintenance mode—you’ll help design and scale the network from the ground up.
  • Mission-Driven Work: We serve patients who otherwise face significant barriers to care.
  • High-Growth Environment: Join a company scaling rapidly with meaningful leadership opportunities ahead.

Job Requirements

  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3–7+ years of experience in provider recruitment, network development, healthcare contracting, or related roles
  • Experience recruiting or managing healthcare providers (dental experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple markets and provider pipelines simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing utilization and performance data
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
  • Exceptional communication skills—professional, clear, and persuasive
  • Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
  • If you’re energized by building high-performing networks, creating structure where none exists, and partnering closely with executive leadership to drive growth—we’d love to meet you.

Benefits

  • Compensation: Enjoy a competitive base salary of $85,000-$95,000
  • Perks: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, a 401(k) plan (with 3% match), Life Insurance, and generous Paid Time Off to help you recharge and thrive
