- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- 3+ years of experience with Exchange Online administration
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams architecture
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 automation
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features
