Role Description

We’re looking for a data-driven, full-stack Head of Growth to own and scale paid and partnership-driven acquisition and to co-lead product-led growth in partnership with Franki’s Product team. Franki’s already live in eight (8) cities across the U.S. and are expanding fast. You’ll play a key role in turning early momentum into nationwide growth.

You will own the strategy, scaling, and day-to-day performance of Franki’s paid growth engine. You’ll develop our full-funnel acquisition strategy, manage the paid media budget, and continuously optimize the channel mix and strategy to hit our user acquisition targets with maximum ROI.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where you will own execution from the ground up. You will build and run our rapid experimentation process, instrumenting analytics and applying rigorous funnel frameworks. Your experiments, grounded in growth loop principles, will drive improvements across the entire user lifecycle—from activation and retention to monetization—all in close alignment with our company's North Star Metrics.

  • Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns (UAC), Apple Search Ads, and programmatic channels — setting targets, budgets, and pacing for ROI and payback.
  • Build and scale affiliate and creator programs to complement paid efforts, working with freelance support to expand reach and efficiency.
  • Co-lead PLG experimentation with Product — from hypothesis design to prioritization (ICE/RICE), feature-flag rollouts, and impact analysis.
  • Instrument analytics and attribution (MMP setup, event taxonomies, cohorts, LTV/CAC modeling), ensuring privacy-safe measurement through SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit and Conversions API.
  • Drive App Store conversion via Product Page Optimization, Custom Product Page tests, and Google Play Store Listing Experiments.
  • Report progress and insights using dashboards, cohort analysis, and growth accounting tied to a single North Star Metric.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in growth/performance marketing, with at least 3+ focused on mobile apps at seed–Series C stages.
  • Proven experience owning budgets and achieving CAC/LTV and payback targets across major paid channels.
  • Hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch), SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, Conversions API, and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).
  • Demonstrated ability to execute against a North Star Metric and AARRR frameworks.
  • Experience designing and implementing growth loops (referrals, sharing, incentives, creator/affiliate) in partnership with product teams, proving compounding impact.
  • Entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset — equally comfortable designing strategy and diving into campaign ops.

Requirements

  • Love working in fast-paced, early-stage environments where you can own the full growth stack.
  • Are comfortable iterating through ambiguity and noisy data.
  • Get excited about compounding growth through loops, creative testing, and smart experimentation.
  • Use AI and automation to work smarter — but never outsource your judgment.
  • Value collaboration, transparency, and positive energy in every interaction.

Benefits

  • Own a high-impact function within a growing startup.
  • Help shape how the brand connects with users, creators, and restaurant partners.
  • Move fast, test ideas, and lead with creativity.
  • Join a collaborative, ambitious team that values autonomy and original thinking.
  • Competitive compensation and 100% covered healthcare, dental, and vision benefits for employees.

Perks & Benefits

  • Remote work: Our team works remotely across the US but primarily PST time zone; we travel together several times a year for company kick-offs and mid-year meetings.
  • PTO: 15 days per year, plus additional PTO between Christmas and the end of the year (25th Dec - 31st Dec). Additionally, we recognize 11 public holidays per year.
  • Medical, dental & vision: We cover 100% of Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance costs for employees.
  • 401(k)
  • Equipment: Computer & technology equipment applicable to your role.
  • Monthly Stipend: $40 (Tax-free) to cover home office expenses.
