Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of program management and problem solving experience in a sales operations or a business analyst role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM objects, Jira / Confluence, Google Workspace
- Ability to drive and communicate objectives, design and execute projects, deliver easy to understand training, and interact effectively across all levels of an organization
- Skilled at interpreting complex business documents/objectives, build and present process documentation and training
- Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to network and build strong relationships with peers, senior leaders and executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
