Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in account management and enrollment marketing/management
- Experience indirectly managing multiple internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of the higher education enrollment pipeline
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, including Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, and Display Advertising
- Proficiency in Conversion Rate Optimization
- Ability to interpret complex marketing data and financial KPIs
- Basic understanding of Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems
- Strong understanding of the evolving online higher education landscape
