Job Description
The Redesign Group is hiring a high-performing Specialty Sales leader responsible for driving net-new pipeline, opening strategic accounts, and accelerating revenue growth across our Professional Services, Managed Services, and Specialty Solutions portfolio in the Southeast. As a Regional Manager, Specialty Sales, you will drive new business development while expanding specialty revenue across existing client relationships. While partnering with Core Sales on account strategy, this role is expected to independently originate opportunities, open new doors, and accelerate regional growth.

What you'll do
- Drive net-new specialty pipeline through direct prospecting, partner alignment, and regional relationship development
- Identify, position, and close opportunities across: Infrastructure and virtualization services, hybrid cloud architecture, and data center transformation initiatives. Networking, firewall, and next-generation security solutions including managed network and security services. Microsoft solutions, services, and licensing strategy including Modern Workplace and M365 adoption. Cybersecurity services and licensing such as MDR, identity protection, and remediation initiatives. Data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and resiliency programs.
- Partner with Core Sales to accelerate and close complex multi-solution opportunities.
- Lead consultative engagements with C-level and technical stakeholders.
- Develop solution proposals, pricing strategies, resale quotes, and licensing models.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Service Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets across specialty offerings
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, specialty sales, or technical solution selling
- Proven track record of building pipeline and exceeding revenue targets in complex environments
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and Microsoft ecosystems
- Hunter mentality with the ability to independently originate opportunities
- Executive-level communication and consultative selling skills
- Experience in overlay or specialty sales roles preferred
