Job Description

ThreatDown is looking for..

A Product Manager with deep experience in cybersecurity and a strong understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem. This role focuses on shaping our MSP-focused cybersecurity platform, ensuring it delivers measurable operational and business value for partners managing security at scale.

In this role, you will define how thousands of IT Administrators and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) interact with our cybersecurity platform every day. You will own the MSP cybersecurity SaaS platform, transforming complex security telemetry into clear, actionable insights for our MSP partners.

Compensation Range: $140-150K

What You Will Do:

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for MSP-facing cybersecurity capabilities, aligning with partner growth, efficiency, and retention goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of MSP workflows, multi-tenant environments, service delivery models, and the operational realities of resource-constrained IT teams.
  • Translate MSP needs into scalable platform features that reduce operational overhead, improve security outcomes, and support profitable managed services.
  • Act as the translation layer between our core technology teams and the Cloud Platform teams, ensuring new protection capabilities are seamlessly exposed and managed in the console.
  • Analyze platform usage metrics to identify friction points in the user experience, iterating quickly to improve adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales Engineering to ensure the value of our cloud management capabilities is clearly articulated in the market.

Skills You'll Need to Have:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on cybersecurity products.
  • You have experience working with or building products for MSP's. You understand concepts like multi-tenancy, partner management, and the difference between an IT Admin and an MSP Technician.
  • Proven track record of managing web-based administrative consoles, dashboards, or multi-tenant environments.
  • Experience building products for IT Administrators or MSPs. You understand the balance between granular control and "set-and-forget" simplicity.
  • Ability to engage with engineering on cloud architectures, APIs, and data visualization without losing sight of the business outcome.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Perks & Benefit:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Employee Referral Bonus Program
  • Wellness programs
  • 401k and employer matching for (US Employees)
