What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Sales Associate, your role is to connect with individuals who have requested information and guide them through available program options.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
• Conducting scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
• Presenting company-approved programs and coverage options
• Answering client questions and providing clear guidance
• Assisting individuals through the simple enrollment process
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
• Following company procedures and compliance standards
• Working collaboratively with your remote team and leadership
• Setting and working toward personal and team performance goals
Important:
This position does not require cold calling or door-to-door sales. Our associates work with individuals who have requested information.
