Position Overview

Globe Life AO is expanding its remote sales team and is seeking motivated individuals to join as Remote Sales Associates.

This fully remote opportunity allows individuals to work from home while presenting company-approved programs, educating clients on available options, and assisting with enrollment through structured virtual consultations.

Our team provides structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a defined path toward leadership opportunities for high-performing associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Present company-approved programs through Zoom and phone consultations

• Conduct scheduled virtual sales appointments

• Educate individuals about available options and coverage

• Assist clients through the enrollment process

• Maintain accurate and confidential digital records

• Follow company sales procedures and compliance guidelines

• Collaborate with a remote sales team environment

• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Note:
No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.

Candidate Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer systems

• Professional, reliable, and coachable

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Sales or industry experience not required
